Can anyone tell me where I can find any a cappella mixes - preferably
online? and particularly of chart/pop stuff?

Probably nowhere. You want the voice tracks only of current pops?
Get some singers and record them. Better still, record something YOU
have written.

1. the old site awesome acapellas sadly was
removed, i just found out.

2. install soulseek ans search for *drumroll*
"acapellas" or "acapella".

Hi Laurence,

Well, actually.....
I already do that, along with work for theatre, dance companies, some
low end film and TV work. I also manage education based composition
projects and song writing projects, and vocal projects (although I don't
actually deliver these myself)

What I want to do is some remix work. A cappella mixes do get released
regularly, but finding them is another matter.

Yep, lovely - but this is mainly to do with Barber Shop, Doo Wop etc.
Not what I'm looking for right now --- as I said, vocal tracks for remix
work is what I'm after.

Yep - that was my first place.
A Cappella crops up, but a lot just relates to vocal acts like the Kings
Singers (who are stunningly good, but not quite what I'm after!!!)

mac. soulseek has many people busy in
this kind of music (like me...) so it´s a very
handy source.

Also, there is also a huge 4gb archive of acapellas on bittorrent if
