Adding Laptop w/ loops to 3-deck set.. Advice?
Hi, I would like some advice. I like to use three decks in my sets wich is fine, but I'd like to add a laptop to my set, so I can easily play stuff produced by myself, loops etc from that laptop in addition to the 3 decks. Probably with something like Cubase, or ACID pro, ProTools or whatever. My question is: What kind of laptop is good for such purpose, regarding the quality of the sound card. Note: I'd rather use a PC than a Mac. Thanks for any advice, -- Frederique Rijsdijk |

> the quality of the sound card. das tricky, qua LT maakt het niet uit maar je moet inderdaad op de GKaart letten. (line in,line out, NIET de mic) Ben bang dat de betere GK's in de duurdere laptops zitten... Wat je ook kan doen is een ext usb geluidskaart nemen van bv SB. die kost 45 euro ongeveer. Duurdere en andere merken zijn er ook.... Dan maakt het niet meer uit wat voor kaart erin zit. Ook erg makkelijk voor Traktor DJ enzo. Wil |
