Any electronic artists that you feel should be better known?

There are many brilliant artists out there that almost nobody seems to know about!

What unknown artists would you recommend to fans of Electronic music, and what styles of music do they play?

Also any links to where you can purchase their music would be much appreciated. Now, GIT R DUN!

I think Aphex Twin should be better known around North America. You don't hear much about him at all here - or I haven't at least. Maybe I'm just a bit quiet or not searching much?

DJFuzzySkittles: In the world of Electronic music, Aphex Twin IS one of the best known artists out there! Almost everyone should know who they are, at least by the name if not the music. Even still, it would be nice to see Aphex Twin on the music charts!

Maybe the Venetian Snares?

They don't seem to be especially well known, and they are awesome!

Such a wide variety of work also.

They definitely deserve more notice.

For the trip I just came back to, we were walking the shops around downtown and my girl got me a new CD to listen to called Radikal Techno. Not too sure how I like it just yet, but I am working on it. Some is abit too harsh for this old gal, but atleast I am working to get into the new stuff, right?

I would really like to see some post female artists, the only one I could find in a search result was "Miss Wendy from Amsterdam", and I have no idea who this is, so I'm trying to find out all I can right now, its a bet with a friend.

I have heard of Miss Squo (who is from Croatia) and Attila (from Denmark), but nothing local to me. I am sure if I lived in a more up to date area that would change, but you can probably find some information from here, I will keep an eye out if I see any others.
