any way to host an internet radio station for free?
OK, so i'm not sure how many of you remember the day's when Live365 was still free to make a station on. Well, i'm wondering if there's any place that STILL lets you make stations for free. All the stuff i'd be playing would be on indie labels, so royalty BS shouldn't be that big of an issue. Also, if you can't a free service, i'd settle for an inexpensive one. Live365 just isn't that cheap anymore

I don't know of free services already, but if you have a server or some webspace somewhere, you can set up a shoutcast station

But if you really are interested into making your brand new online station, you need considerable numbers of advertisements to attract listeners. Then that will add more expense to you besides the server fee. |
