Denon DN-X400 Question

Is anybody out there using this mixer?

I've had mine for almost a year now and I'm really happy with it except for
one thing.

....This thing gets super hot, especially in the front left. While I'm
standing over it I can actually feel the heat rise up to me.
I don't want to be known as the sweaty DJ.

Is this normal?

Re: Denon DN-X400 Question

I used to use one regularly.. Never had a problem with it. About the only
thing inside that could get too hot would be the power supply. I suggest you
contact Denon and ask there thoughts. http://www.denon.com/

Re: Denon DN-X400 Question

Don't have the dn-x 400 but do have the dn-x 1500 definitely gets very hot
but is absolutely normal according to forums and denon staff presume it's to
do with the fact that it needs to process all signals in realtime quite
impressive for a digital mixer
hope this helps
