I have Red Sound C-Loops sampler, but i lost my power suply device, so i want to find out how many V (volts) and A (ampers) should be in it?

a look in the manual should have answered it all:

9vDC 500mA minimum - Output plug = 2.1mm wired centre pin +

800mA - and you're on the save side.
