The Vocals in the Refrain spoken by a Male Voice seems like following:

the Track starts at 21st Minute in the Mix listed above.

Now I'm pretty sure it's Georgie Porgie's first release I was searching for:
"Georgie Porgie - Baby Come Back", released on "KA Records"


*edit: I was wrong with my style definition (electro/disco), they told me this style is called "freestyle" :cool:
