Does anyone do any kind of exercises to keep their arms in shape? Do you think that having strong arms or at least good muscle tone enhances your ability to work the turntables? I know some deejays who break dance while deejaying. (think Clockstoppers) Does anyone else do that?

I definietely don't breakdance, I don't have near the coordination. I do work on keeping my arms/hands/fingers limber though. I work on toning/strength exercises for the arms and have a small selection of physical therapy supplies to help with hand/finger coordination and strength:squeeze ball, finger tension thing, etc. They sell the finger tension thing at music stores to help with guitar fingering as well. You can get them to use with all fingers at once or one at a time in varying strengths. My squeeze ball is just flour in a baloon. So much cheaper than the $10 one from the store. Sand will work too, but soemtimes it breaks the balloon.

No, I don't do anything. Maybe I should, but then I have not had any issues till now so I don't bother. I can do my job, I don't need any more to be able to do my job, so I won't waste my effort! Too lazy!

I might break all my bones doing break dancing. This is definitely a good skill to learn but it needs talent and dedication to do it. I will just leave this to the dancers and I will just have to appreciate what they are doing.
