Hmmm, I won't count parades like the Loveparade and the likes, so I'd go for 5000.

Mind you, these were/are an exception, as most of the time I love to play at clubs with about 200-600 people. If I like the concept and location, it may also very well happen that there are 20 people present...

My biggest crowd so far was 3000 people. Went pretty well, but I prefer smaller events (200-500 people).
