Wow, i'm surprised I didn't see a thread on this yet. Anyway, i'm pretty sure we all enjoy electronic music of some variety(and if you don't, why are you here? ;) ), but what is your favorite style or styles? Electronic is one of the most diverse genre's in all of music, and it's very easy to like some styles and abhor(I love that word!) others. My favorite styles are Ambient(and all varients), Psy Trance(and most styles based off it), and Industrial, although I enjoy most other types as well. So what music gets you going, and which music gets you reaching for the "stop" button? :rofl:

I think a good chunk of what I listen to would be considered ambient or house, just not happy hardcore. No offense, just not my thing.

it sounds like the kind of word some balding middle age executive would use for something he doesn't even understand, but that the "kids seem to like" :rofl:

Ambient &Trance. It really depends what I am doing when I am hearing something too. Trance for me is good when I am trying to relax. Ambient is more for when its time to drink. :spimpin:

Any particular style of trance you prefer, or do you just mean in general?

I like Trance and House.

I like Trance mostly, the relaxing beats are almost the only thing that can calm me down on a bad day.

I've always really been into Trance music of all varieties, and it's probably what I listen to the most of. The sound, the energy, there's nothing like it!
