DotVinyl Suck...
Just thought I'd warn people from ordering from these people in the future.
I admit I've ordered from them many times before in the past 2 years, with no problems and acceptable customer service - I have recommended them to friends and colleagues. This time they NEVER, ever pick up their phones - at any time of the day. Do NOT respond to e-mails. They've technically stolen my money, and I am seeking legal advice as to get my money back, and am working to expose them for what they are. |
