Okay y'all, I've just made the decision to learn some line dances and
be prepared to lead should my clients so desire. I know a few, but
I'm mainly concerned with the most popular line dances. Anything
beyond the essentials, and my prospective clients will have to look
elsewhere, because I'm not making a career out of being a dance
instructor. I'm in Colorado, if geographical location makes a
difference. Here is a list of some obvious choices. Anything in the
"essential" category that I missed? I value your comments:

Good list. You might add "Whose Bed Have Your Boots Been Under" or "Any Man
of Mine" by Shania Twain.

or for older crowds, the slosh hits "Rivers of Babylon" by Boney-M and
"Beautiful Sunday" (I can't offhand remember who does this one).
