hi does anyone know if there is any kind of...gizmo, that allows
someone to use a guitar effects pedal (ie. Line 6 DL4 delay) through a
DJ mixer that doesnt have effects sends/returns?
is there such thing as an external little FX sends box that runs
between the mixer and the FX pedal? or any suggestions?
i play reggae so i need to pick up the needle with a massive dirty
delay while switching tunes.

What is sounds like you need is just a phono preamp to take your
turntable levels applying the RIAA eq curve, and buffering it. Like,
say,

This will buffer, EQ and amplify the turntable up to a healthy line
level where the effect of your choice can take it from there.

Note that most guitar stomp boxes though really want instrument level
signals, not line level. That particular one you cite though, claims
to be able to deal with instrument level sources and line level
sources just fine.

You'd connect your turntable to the Preamp, the preamp to the Line6,
then line 6 into a non-phono, line level input on your mixer.
