Gay/Lesbian Fashion Show Music
Hey all,
I have been asked to be the emcee and provide the musical selections for a gay/lesbian fashion show at a gay/lesbian bridal show. My question is, can anyone come up with good fashion show tunes at the very least, and then chime in on whether there would be any songs that fit that market better than others? I really don't know what songs work best for a fashion show, usually they are dancy, perhaps I should download a Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. If there are songs that cater to that market without being offensive or over the top I would appreciate your suggestions. Thanks, Tim |

Kylie minogue is a bit of a gay icon here.. Don't know about there.. Handbag
House in general should get you through...But good catwalk speeds are 110 - 115 so you will need to find tracks you can slow down or that are slower. How can you suggest The Pet Shop Boys and not add "In The Night"
This track was also used on a TV fashion show for many years as it's theme tune. Good for when you have several people entering the catwalk over a short period of time to create a finale or centerpeice. Also you might wanna find out if any of the Fashion being modelled has any particualr themes, (apart from being gay/lesbian). |
