I definitely am in need of a better pair of headphones, as soon as I can get a little more money together. My current headphones leave much to be desired, to say the least.

I have a nameless pair I got from a friend who decided to stop DJing. I used to steal them all the time so he decided I could just have them. They fit me well without dwarfing my head like some do.

The pair I bought myself is a pair of Sony MDRV600s. I've always bought Sony for my headphones and I've gone through several different pairs over the years. They never let me down.

I need a good pair that I can use, but still be able to hear other stuff at the same time (namely, my roommate or something). Any suggestions?

My hubby got a headphone from his boss. It is not a branded one but sounds really good. You can hear almost everything on the music that you are listening. It was just for home use. Not for mixing.

I got mine from a friend I met in a club. He was DJing and gave me his headphone that he used for his acts. It really sound great. I could not hear the outside noise and I only get pure listening pleasure from that headphone. Sad to say the name faded already. I will try to ask what brand is it when we meet again.

Using a $60 dollar pair of Sony's which I like pretty well.

it's not studio quality really, but it's still good enough for me I think.

I may get new headphones for christmas, but i'll have to see what Santa has in store for me.
