headphones

Not just related to being a DJ, but related to it still, what kind of head phones do you rock? I have a pair of Sennheiser headphones, though I forget the name, that I got from a German exchange student. Great headphones.

I have some nameless headphones, lol I got them for transcription, so they are noise cancelling. I wouldn't use em for mixing!

I've heard awesome reviews on this set: SONY MDRV500DJ Professional DJ/Remix Headphones

I personally have: Sony MDRV60 for home use.

Mine are Coby CV320's. Full-sized headphones, and i've been using them since like Feb of last year. They didn't cost much, but have awesome sound quality! I'd like another pair, if I could ever find one

I got a pair of sony headphones from this DJ I know. They're great for listening to music; sounds like you got a professional sound studio strapped around your ears.

I'm a massive fan of Sennheiser headphones too - especially the noise cancelling ones they do. I just broke a pair though, so I'm stuck with some cheapo Creative ones at the minute.

Ever since Richer Sounds shut down I don't have anywhere to buy good kit locally

How did you manage to get a DJ to give you his headphones?

I'm rockin some ghetto lite-weight Sony headphones. Paid like 10 bucks, and the sound qualities pretty crap.

I've never really thought much into headphones, ones I got now are pretty good though, look nice to (not that that matters)

I'm using 2 headphones right now, one is a local made headphone with a brand name of Softte and the other one, the best one I had, is a Philips. I use the Softte when I will call my parents and use the Philips for music listening as well as mixing and also for movies.

I have a sony MDR-Q66LW.I bought them last year .I have read some reviews on amazon complain about the one I have , but I really like them. Before this,I was using the apple earbuds ,but I didn't like them as much because they kept falling off when I was exercising.

These Coby headphones are starting to get shot. Really wish I could find another pair like them

They are just about the best pair I have ever had, and also the longest lasting!

Those Sony headphones I mentioned before?

Yeah, those didn't last long to nobodies surpise. Now I am using some wireless "noise reduction" pair, and the sounds really good. Still not worth what I ended up paying though
