iPod Mixers

Anyone use this?

Is it worth checking out or a waste of money?

I know its seems cheap to use my iPods to mix, but it beats lugging around all those cds....

You have to have two ipods and then the mixer, so that a bit of money there. A computer works even better if you dont want to carry around cds, but you can never mix like you can mix on vinyl.

expensive up front i'm sure.

Ive seen a few people use them, they seem pretty easy to use. And the sound is good. You can really mix it up well with them if you know what your doing.

Good luck!

It works just like a turntable, only the tracks are being served digitally. It's good, just looks weird when you see it.

I had a boyfriend that had one. He seemed to like it. Worked really well for the typical midwest dance club gig.
