as Holiday techno and/or electronic music? I really never thought about it until now but some random commercial on tv sparked the thought, blame it on the tv.

I am sure that there is! There has to be, I mean everyone gets in on the holiday nonsense, trying to make some extra money. So someone has probably done it.

I have heard quite a number of holiday themed trance mixes, some of which include voice samples of Christmas movies and sounds.

Other than that, I have heard a few remixes of traditional Christmas songs, but they sounded like a gimmick.

There are some advertisements that remake music and its really a good way to attract to the product or services that is being advertised. I remember Coca-cola being jingled using the bottles as instruments for a Christmas carol.
