Matching Beats?
How do you really get a feel for what sounds good together and what doesn't? I am not intuitive in this area, and would probably make a horrible DJ... lol
I'd be all "hey, this is interesting" cause I like weird things. And everyone else would be like "someone kill her before my ears bleed!" |

I think hearing what your doing is the best way to do it. No one is a great dj overnight. Lots of trail and error. Some just start before others, and some just getting it quicker than others.
And sometimes that *odd* beat you put atop another is the next new best thing! |

The first time I tried my luck, I came prepared ready to be thrown out of the party,lol.I know I enjoy what I listen , but getting people to like it and dance to your tune is a different ball game.I am more comfortable with known faces in the crowd than total strangers on the floor.
