Mixing MP3's

I'm after some software that mixes mp3's but not in real time. I found
MixMeister to be exactly what I need but it keeps crashing on me.

Anyone know of anything else that will do the job other than
MixMeister?

Thanks.

Try Atomix.. But I would try to sort out why your puter is crashing. I have
found Mixmeister stable and the most functional for making pre-mix's and
editing etc. What version are you using?

Best advice I can give, is for you to get Native Instruments' Traktor DJ
Studio,
this is a very good program and ideal for mixing Mp3's.

I have both Mixmeister (the best I've found for making pre-mixes or mix cds)
and Traktor (the best I've found so far, thanks to this newsgroup, for
live-mix recording).
I also have Kramixer. It's still in my computer because it has some features
I'm still learning to do with Traktor.

Re: Mixing MP3's

Thanks. I've just tried mixmeister 4 and that seems to work fine. The
problem I had was with ver 5 and that wouldn't even install. It would
get to about 90% and then an error message would appear. Version 4 is
all I need and a little more affordable.

Thanks again for replying.

Re: Mixing MP3's

Strange as it may be. Ver 3 is my preferred option.

I use version 3 also...
I dunno if it's cause I don't feel I need anything else or that I just don't
feel like upgrading...

Is there anything in 4 or 5 different?
