Most over-rated rapper ever

Many rappers these days seem to get praised with fancy titles like "the savior of Hip Hop" or "second coming of 2Pac" but how many of them have any real talent?

Hacks like Young Jeezy and Young Dro who bring absolutely nothing new still get mad props for no good reason!

There's a lot of others like this, and I don't get it at all.

Who do you feel the most over-rated rapper ever is though?
