Most sound editing software will do it... Soundforge is what I use...

Thank you for this info. I will pass it on.
It isn't for me but for someone who isn't on-line. They sing and play to backing tracks but want to widen their scope and change the backing tracks by a semitone to more accurately suit their voice.
