Put the cartridge on and loosen or tighten the counter weight until
the cartridge balances on the tone arm. Then without turning the counter weight there should be a gauge that'll rotate without turning the counter weight. Turn this to 0, this is zeroing out the weight. Now hold the gague and turn the weight with the gauge to 3 to 3.5, and that should be set fine... eperiment with the weight...
