stores 10 loops and he hooks the turntable into the pedal and then
the pedal into the mixer. Works pretty slick. Ya need a pedal for
both turntables to use it on but turntables.

But to use effects I prefer using a mixer with an effects loop. Or a
DJM-5/600. I don't use effect much when I play out just cause the
equipment is so different where ever ya go that its kinda hard to get
used to each mixer.

As far as using effects to mask a messup.. I guess it could make your
mix sound smoother after ya mess up and it gives ya the ability to
touch whats playing in a quick time. The way I look at it whatever
makes the crowd happy doesn't matter what other djs think.
