Repairing record

In case I'm wrong here: Sorry, that's the only group I found that seems
to have something to do with vinyl.
A few of my old vinyl records are in a bad condition because I left them
in the sun for a few hours. Now they're bent a little and make the
needle jump on any equipment. Is there a way to "flatten" them? Any help
appreciated! georg

Re: Repairing record

Put them "individually" between two layers of thick glass. Then put a few
books on top.

If that doesn't work, warm them up again first..
don't make the weight too high though, it will ruin the grooves..
