Scratching On CD Turntables

I'm not a fan of cd turntables, if it ain't broke don't fix it and there's nothing wrong with vinyl. I have all these plans for records I would get pressed if I actually had a good reason to. Then it hit me, I'd want to drop in the samples with a little baby scratch or something but nothing that'll flexes the medium too much. I don't know anyone who scratches on a CD turntable but I've heard about it so was hoping somebody who has some experience could shed some light. What I'm thinking about now is just adding the tt to my standard 2tt+mixer setup so I'm wondering if there are limitations with that.
