Hi,

Thanks for your interest in our product. Please try the following
suggestions:

1. Try setting the channel (line) faders all the way up to position 10
(maximum). Adjust the channel gains to avoid clipping, and use then use to
crossfader to if it resolves the problem.

2. If the above doesn't help then try bypassing the small PCB board
attached to the crossfader. This means connecting the black connector cable
from the crossfader directly into the white connector cable that goes into
the mixer (see picture). Try the crossfader to see if it fixes the problem.

I tried it but its only good if your into scratching Sharp Taper for
Cut and Scratch I whant Medium Taper for Cut In and Pump-It-Up
