I was looking through accessories for iPods and came across this:

How cool is that? Anyone use their iPod to DJ or used one of these to know if its worth it? I really think it would be cool to be able to mix right onto an ipod.

That is one of the coolest things I have seen in a long time. It's about time that the old and the new world finally meshed, and it looks like Apple did it with style. I am impressed!

The price is way too high, but I really want one. Maybe Santa will give me one as a pleasant surprise, but Santa would probably be crazy rich to buy me something like that. Apple seems to be doing pretty well these days.

I saw a couple of other similar pieces of equipment the other day when I was an electronics convention, but I didn't think to write down the websites/brand names to be able to find them later. I'm really excited that its caught on that people can DJ with just the music on their ipod or want to load their scratching to their ipod. Thats really cool.

That is so awesome. There is no need for special equipments to record the music from vinyl. Apple did a great job in creating this product. I only wish that the price will go lower this coming Christmas.

vinyl and digital music do not go together, therefore you will not find a turntable that will play your iPod.the sound output from a turntable is so low that you need either a phono preamp or a receiver with phono jacks to hear the turntable at an adequate volume.
