What sound card do you suggest?

Hi,

happy new year everybody, crazy that I'm actually still awake and writing this as it is 5.15 here and I wanted to go to bed when I got home...

I use a Windows XP Laptop, with Traktor 3. I ordered a BCD3000, but haven't received it yet, do I still need an external sound card (my build-in one doesn't have 2 exits)? If so, what would you recommend for a newbie like me?
While I'm at it, what (good but reasonably cheap) headphones could you suggest?

Thanks!

Your computer has a sound card. It is where you plug your speakers into. I upgraded my sound card so I could hook my stereo to my computer using a fiber optics cable.
