Wireless Mic Repair

Anybody know of a good source to get my Audio Technica Wireless Mic fixed.
I turn the thing on and it seems like the hand-held won't communicate with
the receiver anymore. I opened up the hand-held and noticed some plastic
pots and it even came with this little plastic screw driver to adjust them
that was hidden inside. I tried playing with them and nothing happened.

Of coarse I tried to change the battery too, so don't ask.

I live in San Jose, CA and have my "day job" in South San Francisco. So
anything within driving distance would be good.

I'm at that day job now so I don't remember the model number. The receiving
unit is 19" wide and rack mountable with these little adapter wing things
and is only 1 rack space tall.

Re: Wireless Mic Repair

If the unit has been dropped then it probably needs to go back to Audio
Technica for a rebuild. Most companies have a set price for rebuilding the
mics.
On the other hand if it hasn't been dropped you could take it to any
electronics shop and have them spray clean the switch. I've found that many
times this is the problem and not the transmitter or the receiver.
